More about this Producer
Mencía is a grape variety native of Spain and rarely found outside of El Bierzo in Northwestern Spain. This grape creates wines with a bright red color, with purple glints, aromatic and velvety wines. They are young and fruity, perfect to age in oak barrels.
The white grape variety is godello, getting wines with a straw colored with floral and ripe fruit aromas. On the palate there is a good balance between acidity and alcohol.
In Encanto’s barrel cellar, they have more than 2000 barrels of French and American oak.
