The vintage of 2011 brought cooler temperatures to our region which allowed for longer hang time, lower alcohols and pristine acidity. Syrah was first to be harvested in mid to late October. Grenache, Mourvedre and Counoise were hand harvested in mid to late November. The end result is a fresh and vibrant cuvee with softer tannins and vibrant acidity.
