Please join the team at The Creole for their first Château Palmer Dinner, featuring unique culinary creations paired with extremely hard to find Bordeaux and other wines from Château Palmer. This is one of only two Château Palmer dinners in the United States this year, and the winemaker will be present!
This six course dinner is $175 per person and seating is limited to 20 guests. The wine pairings include the extremely rare 1989 Bordeaux. The menu is posted below. For reservations call 517.371.1361.
Château Palmer is a winery in the Margaux appellation d’origine contrôlée of the Bordeaux region of France. The wine produced here was classified as one of fourteen Troisièmes Crus (Third Growths) in the historic Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855. The property is situated in the communes Margaux and Cantenac, and its wine is considered to be one of the two most popular Third Growths.
