The Cass Winery dinner will take place on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 7:30pm in Northville, Michigan. 160 Main will host this wine dinner along with Northville special guest residents, Doug and Beverly Cass of Cass Winery! The five course dinner prepared by Chef Salvatore will be paired with five Cass Wines which will compliment each course all the way to the desserts! The Cass Winery dinner will be $150/person and will surely help you explore the wines of Paso Robles, California. Below will showcase the full menu including octopus, ravioli, duck, and each wine that will be paired with each dish.
