Top chefs from across the country face off to serve up their best dishes at Hour Detroit’s Savor Showdown presented by The Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute April 24 – 28 at the Great Lakes Culinary Center.
Each day, a pair of chefs will go head-to-head with another pair of chefs in the ultimate food fight to create an extraordinary four-course meal celebrating their culinary theme. A panel of judges will crown a winning team after each meal, and you decide who had the best dish!
Enjoy wine pairings, craft cocktails, live entertainment, and a pop-up art gallery by local artist Désirée Kelly for a dining experience you won’t want to miss.

Signature cocktails, light appetizers, live entertainment, and pop-up art gallery by local artist Desiree Kelly with a silent auction benefiting Karmanos Cancer Institute.
7PM Seated Dinner
Each chef will prepare their best pasta dish for a four-course dinner including wine pairings and a sweet treat from Guilt Chocolates
